Cartridge Ink Cartridges for HP ENVY 4500 Printer

The envy 4500 is a sleek little desktop printer thanks to a slim profile and lack of wings. Paper is fed from the front (it has a 100-page input tray) and travels along a curved path to come out the front (up to 30 pages can rest on the tray extension Release).

There's a flatbed scanner at the top of the Envy 4500 that's useful for copies and for scanning directly to computers that have HP driver software installed, and a small screen and sparse controls make the printer easy to master in a short time.

Only two cartridges are needed for Envy 4500 printing - one black and one tri-color, both are HP61 models - these can be installed and replaced by lifting the scan tray. The inks that come with the printer are rated for 165 color pages and 190 blank pages, but they'll run out much sooner if you're printing full A4 page photos rather than sparse text and small pops of color.
